Setora Corporation Humidity Sensor Model SRH offers three levels of accuracy: 2%, 3%, and 5%.

The SRH series is created by combining the long-established capacitance measurement technology of Setra Corporation with a unique ASIC. It achieves sensors that are highly resistant to contamination, have excellent long-term stability, and exhibit minimal drift. There are three types available: wall-mounted, duct insertion, and outdoor models. In particular, the wall-mounted type does not require any space other than for power extraction. The duct insertion and outdoor types are easy to assemble, allowing for the removal of the sensor probe while leaving the main unit and wiring intact, which reduces the time and cost for recalibration. Accuracy is available in three levels: 2%, 3%, and 5%, with long-term stability at 1% per year. The detection unit uses replaceable modules, making it easy to swap out in the field, and since all units are calibrated and shipped by computer, field calibration is unnecessary.

Technical Explanation: Vaisala PEROXCAP Relative Humidity Sensor

Hydrogen peroxide vapor, relative humidity saturation level, for relative humidity measurement.

PEROXCAP measurement uses two Vaisala HUMICAP sensors. One has a catalytic layer, and the other does not. HUMICAP is a polymer film capacitive sensor that has a polymer thin film sandwiched between two electrodes on an alumina substrate. In PEROXCAP measurement, the concentration of hydrogen peroxide vapor is indicated by the difference in the measurement values of the two sensors.
